Hailee Steinfeld, an American model, actress and performer, who during her relatively short time in the industry has given many memorable performances. In the beginning, she was famous as the character Mattie Ros from the film "True Grit". When she portrayed Mattie Ross in the movie 'True Grit', she was just thirteen. Her strong and confident performance earned her numerous critical awards and many people have already seen the superstar she was set to be. Recognized for her talent in music and versatility, she's won numerous awards and accolades which include a 'Billboard Music Award', the 'Peabody Awards and the 'Critics' Choice Movie Awards.' In addition, she has received nominations for a 'Golden Globe Award,' an 'British Academy Film Awards,' a 'Screen Actors Guild Award an Academy Award as well as three Critics Choice Film Awards.' The role she played in the western drama film "True Grit," she was nominated for three awards which included three awards: a BAFTA Award (British Academy Film Award) and one Academy Award and Screen Actors Guild Award.
